What if I don’t own a 9″ x 13″ pan?
No worries!
If you don’t have this pan size, you can use any pan size you want as long as you check the temperature of your brownies and keep a close eye on them until it’s time to take them out of the oven.
To use any size pan you want, just grease that size pan with butter and pour in your batter.
Stick the brownies in the oven at 350 degrees.
If the pan is a smaller dimension size than my recommended pan size, start checking the temperature of the brownies around 15 minutes.
Use a clean meat thermometer to check the temperature of your brownies (stick it in the center of the pan!).
Once the brownies reach an internal temperature of 180 degrees farenheit, take them out of the oven!
